Accolades: Evolution Architect's principal Raewyn Hayhoe has been selected for the panel of architects on the Design Review Comitee for Simbithi Eco Estate and Kindlewood Estate, Tongaat Huletts Development.

Evolution Architect's principal, Raewyn Hayhoe She was also selected for the panel of architects who set out the design guidelines for Simbithi Eco Estate and was the lead architect from 2005. She served as a member of the Architectural Design Review Committee from 2005 - 2007.

The architecture of Simbithi Eco Estate responds to its environment. The use of timbers and natural stone is offset by glazed and stainless steel elements. It is a contemporary interpretation of the local farm style with simple, elegant and uncluttered detailing, clean lines and dominant roof forms.
